The need to improve the quality and increase the range of detection of erythrocyte antigens led to the implementation in practice of various types isoserological standards. For antigen detection systems AB0, Rhesus, Kell and others in addition to traditional male polyclonal sera applied in practice for in vitro diagnostic monoclonal test reagents.
